Our Team.
Sofía Avilés is the founder and mentor of Connecting-Tutti. Ecuadorian by birth and a global citizen by spirit, she is a public relations professional with extensive experience in community service and volunteer work. Her work is driven by a unique vision of growth through collaboration, connection, and collective impact.​

Also part of the team is Nelly Rosero in Communications. Her connection with Sofía began in childhood and came full circle decades later through shared projects such as Dancing with Bamboo, an event supporting Fundación Raíz CAEMBA in the construction of housing for low-income communities in Esmeraldas.

Our team also includes Xavo Barona, a strategist with over 25 years of experience transforming brands and businesses. Founder of one of Ecuador’s most influential publicity agencies and former CMO of Payphone, he believes in the power of connections to help people, projects, and dreams grow.
